To confirm your booking 20% deposit is required within 7 days

of receiving your invoice & itinerary.

 

Balance of payment no later than 14 days prior to departure.

 

Preferred method of payment is Electronic Funds Transfer.

Personal cheques & Bank cheques are OK. conditions apply for overseas cheques.

 

4.0% surcharge is applied for all credit card transactions.

 

Cancellations.

 

Cancellations of bookings more than 30 days prior to departure

- refund full deposit.

 

Cancellations of bookings more than 14 days and less than 30 days prior to departure

- No refund of deposit.

 

Cancellations of bookings 14 days or less prior to departure

- No refunds.
